The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), along with the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) across Nigeria, oversees this advanced nursing education. A 4-year continuous HND in Nursing curriculum is available at Peacock College of Nursing Sciences, Akure. The Akure-based Peacock College of Nursing Sciences has full accreditation. Students should graduate from the program with:
Nursing Sciences HND. A registered nurse with certification.A registered midwife’s certification.
