Abdulkadir Kure University (AKUM) 2025/2026 Post-UTME & DE Screening

The management of Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna (AKUM) has announced the commencement of its online screening exercise for candidates who applied through the 2025/2026 UTME and Direct Entry (DE). The screening will run from September 14th to September 27th, 2025.

Screening Procedure

1. Check Eligibility

• Visit the AKUM Post-UTME portal: www.portal.akum.edu.ng
• Enter your JAMB registration number to confirm eligibility.

2. Upload O’Level Results & Credentials

• Upload valid O’Level results (minimum of 1 sitting, maximum of 2).
• Required documents include:
  • NIN (National Identification Number)
  • Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
  • Primary School Certificate
  • Secondary School Testimonial
  • Indigene Certificate

3. Complete Biodata

• Fill in personal details correctly.
• Update email address for further communication.

4. Payment of Screening Fees

• One O’Level result: ₦3,500
• Two O’Level results: ₦6,000
• Pay through the University portal after completing uploads.

5. Print Confirmation Slip

• Print your slip after successful payment for reference.

6. Stay Updated

• Regularly check your profile and email for further updates.

Important Information

• Candidates must upload their O’Level result(s) on both JAMB CAPS and the AKUM portal.
• Direct Entry (DE) candidates should also upload their A’Level and O’Level results on both platforms.
• Only candidates who complete these steps will be recommended to JAMB for approval.
• Supplying false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
• Maximum of two O’Level results is allowed.
• For inquiries or technical difficulties, candidates should send a mail to the support email on the portal.
• Candidates who fail to register between September 14th and September 27th, 2025 will not be considered for admission.
