This is to notify the public that the 2025 Community Health Officers Training Program form has been made available by University College Hospital Ibadan’s administration.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
A. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Five (5) credit-level passes in English language, mathematics, biology, chemistry, and physics at the SSCE (WASSCE, NECO, GCE O-Levels, or NABTEB) in no more than two sittings of the same exam body.
EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR ONE (1) YEAR PROGRAM: A Community Health Extension Worker qualification is required. Having a first degree in public health, health education, community health science, or community health nursing must have a valid license to practice.
How to Apply for the Training Program for Community Health Officers at UCH Ibadan
Interested Candidates should perform the following:
To pay twenty thousand naira (N20,000.00) alone, go to the UCH schools’ site at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and choose the REMITA PAYMENT option.
Following a successful payment, applicants must register using their R, email address, and payment password.
Enter your email address and password to proceed with the online application.
Get the Applicants’ User Guide by visiting the site at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng.
On the day of the test, print two copies of your form and photocard and bring them.
