Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- They must be of Mbieri origin or currently reside in Mbieri.
- They must secure admission into a recognised degree-awarding university or college in Nigeria.
- Although the scheme targets fresh undergraduates, current or returning 200-level students may also apply if they meet the CGPA requirement.
