Found Living With a Cleric

Recently, news emerged that Shafiu was living in a village in Kaduna. A local Islamic cleric reportedly found him wandering in a disturbed state and decided to care for him. The cleric provided shelter, food, and emotional support throughout the four-year period. Eventually, community members shared information about the young man, and his family received the news through social media contacts.

Once the family confirmed the reports, they traveled to Kaduna and reunited with him.

Emotional Family Reunion

The reunion was filled with tears, joy, and disbelief. After years of prayers and sleepless nights, the family finally embraced their son again. Witnesses said Shafiu looked calm and healthy. His parents praised the cleric for his compassion and described him as “a gift from God.”
