COOU Post-UTME 2025/2026 Deadline

The Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), formerly known as Anambra State University (ANSU) and popularly called Igbariam University, has officially extended the deadline for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening application.

The new closing date is September 30, 2025.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

• UTME Candidates:
  • Candidates who chose COOU as their First Choice Institution.
  • Minimum score of 200 for Law, Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Minimum score of 150 for other courses.
• Direct Entry Candidates:
  • Those who made COOU their First Choice Institution for the 2025/2026 session should also register through the Direct Entry application option on the portal.

Cost of COOU Post-UTME Form

The Post-UTME form costs ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only).
Payment is made via the REMITA platform at the following banks:

• Fidelity Bank Plc
• Zenith Bank Plc
• Eco Bank Plc

How to Apply for COOU Post-UTME

1. Visit portal.coou.edu.ng and click on “Prospective Students.”
2. Select “Generate 2025/2026 PUTME Invoice.”
3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click “Sign in” to generate your invoice.
4. Pay at any listed bank or with your ATM card.
5. Return to the portal and click “Apply Here.”
6. Fill in your details and upload required documents:
   • JAMB Result Slip
   • O’level Result(s) (upload to JAMB CAPS through an accredited CBT centre)
   • Second O’level Result (if applicable)
7. Review your details carefully, tick the confirmation box, and click SUBMIT.
8. Print your Acknowledgement Slip for reference.

Important Notes

• Screening is online only — there will be no physical test.
• Candidates will be notified of their results online once the admission process is complete.
• Ensure all uploaded files are below 50KB.
• Uploading your O’level results on JAMB CAPS is mandatory.
