The management of Kano State Polytechnic wishes to inform all candidates who applied for admission into its Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE Technical) programmes that the screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session will begin on Thursday, 13th November 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

The screening will take place at the Academic Department, Central Administration, BUK Road, Kano.
Required Documents for the Screening Exercise
All applicants must come to the venue with the following documents:
- Declaration of age or birth certificate
- National Identification Number (NIN) slip
- O’Level result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
- JAMB registration slip
- JAMB result printout
- Change of institution slip (Green Card)
- Evidence of O’Level upload on JAMB portal
- Two copies of the screening slips

Screening Schedule and Conduct
The screening exercise will continue every Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Since the process will run on a first-come, first-served basis, candidates should write their names on the attendance sheet immediately upon arrival and wait for the roll call.
Applicants are also reminded to dress decently, remain orderly, and demonstrate maturity throughout the exercise. The Polytechnic emphasizes discipline and professionalism during all stages of admission.
