KASU Admission Notice 2025/2026

Kaduna State University (KASU) has released two important notices to all prospective candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you applied for admission, please pay close attention to the following instructions to avoid losing your admission chances.

Notice 1: Upload Your O’Level Result on JAMB Portal

All applicants who completed their KASU Post-UTME screening must log in to their JAMB profile and upload their O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent).

Important Reminder:

• Uploading O’Level results is mandatory for admission processing.
• Any candidate who fails to upload will be automatically disqualified from KASU’s admission list.

Notice 2: Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

Candidates are also advised to frequently monitor their JAMB CAPS profile for updates. You may be required to:

• Accept or Reject an admission offer.
• Accept or Reject a proposed transfer/change of course.

Failure to respond promptly could lead to forfeiting your admission.

How to Check JAMB CAPS & Transfer Approval

1. Visit jamb.org.ng/efacility.
2. Login with your JAMB username and password.
3. Switch your browser to desktop view (recommended: Google Chrome).
4. From the left panel, click Check Admission Status.
5. Click Access My CAPS.
6. Select Transfer Approval.
   • If transferred to another course, click Accept.
   • Then click Accept Offer.
   • A confirmation message will appear: “Record(s) successfully saved.”
