Kaduna State University (KASU) has released an important announcement for all candidates offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. Every admitted student must take part in a physical screening and document verification to secure their admission.

Screening Schedule & Venue
Date: Tuesday, 9th December – Friday, 19th December 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
Venue: 1000-Seat Auditorium, KASU Main Campus, Tafawa Balewa Way, Kaduna
Students are advised to come early to avoid long queues.

Pre-Screening Step (Mandatory Before Coming)
Before arriving on campus, candidates must:
- Log in to the Post-UTME (SATapply) Portal: applicant.satapply.com/kasu
- Upload a clear scanned copy of the JAMB Admission Letter
- Print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip
This slip will be requested during onsite screening.
Documents to Bring for Verification
Candidates must come with the originals and two (2) photocopies of each item:
- JAMB Admission Letter (from JAMB CAPS)
- JAMB Original Result Slip
- O’Level Certificate(s) – WAEC / NECO / NABTEB
- Valid scratch card for the O’Level result used
- Two (2) printed copies of the online O’Level result
- Birth Certificate or Court Age Declaration
- Primary School Leaving Certificate
- Local Government Indigene Certificate
- Post-UTME Acknowledgement Slip (from SATapply Portal)
- NIN Slip
