NYSC Opens 2025 Batch ‘C’ Registration Portal

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that the registration portal for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ mobilization will officially open on Tuesday, 4th November 2025.

NYSC Batch C registration for 2025 begins Nov 4

All prospective corps members (PCMs) — Nigerian graduates from universities, polytechnics, and monotechnics both home and abroad — are advised to complete their registration within the stipulated period to ensure timely mobilization.

Guidelines for Locally-Trained Graduates

To ensure a seamless registration process, locally-trained graduates should carefully follow the steps and instructions below:

  • The Revalidation link is strictly for those deployed in 2025 Batch “C” Stream I and earlier batches who did not report to camp.
  • If you previously began registration but did not finish, do not create a new account. Click “Login Here” and continue with your old username and password.
  • Do not thumbprint by proxy. Thumbprinting must be done personally.
  • Upload a clear passport photograph (not wearing an NYSC vest). Non-compliance will prevent camp registration.
  • Graduates requesting name corrections (additions, removals, or spelling errors) must do so via their online dashboard during registration.
  • Confirm that your date of graduation and course of study are correct — these details appear on your Certificate of National Service.
  • Apply for date of birth correction early; no changes can be made after camp registration.
  • PCMs with incorrect thumbprints or photographs should contact the NYSC State Secretariat before the orientation exercise begins.
  • Part-time graduates should register online to print their Exclusion Letter once call-up letters become available.

Guidelines for Foreign-Trained Graduates

Foreign-trained Nigerian graduates are to note the following:

  • Review the mobilization requirements on portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc1/ForeignReq.aspx.
  • Do not create multiple accounts.
  • Upload original copies of certificates and transcripts, ensuring names match your academic documents.
  • Registration can be completed abroad, but thumbprinting must be done in Nigeria before camp.
  • Contact the Federal Ministry of Education (Abuja) for Evaluation Letters if your institution has not been previously assessed.
  • Select your preferred Pre-Camp Physical Verification Centre during registration.
  • Present yourself physically with original certificates, transcripts, and travel documents after online registration.
  • Graduates who have completed verification must print their Clearance Slip and bring it to camp.
  • Carry translated certificates if you studied in a non-English-speaking country.
  • Exempted graduates should collect Exemption Certificates at the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters (NDHQ), Abuja.
  • Those excluded from service will print their Exclusion Letter directly from their dashboards.

NYSC Online Registration Procedure

  1. Visit the official portal: portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc1.
  2. Verify your name on the Senate List.
  3. For first-time registration, click “Registration for Mobilization 2025 Batch ‘C’ Stream I.”
  4. For returning users, click “Login Here” instead of creating a new profile.
  5. If previously mobilized but unable to report to camp, click “Revalidation” to reactivate your account.

Important Notes

  • PCMs must use functional email addresses and active Nigerian phone numbers throughout service.
  • Only candidates whose names appear on the Senate/Academic Board-approved lists from their institutions will have portal access.
  • Foreign-trained graduates must be from accredited institutions verified by the Federal Ministry of Education.
  • Upload the following documents:
    • O’Level certificates (WASSCE, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or equivalents).
    • Degree or HND transcript and certificate.
    • International passport showing personal data, study visa, first departure, and return dates.
    • Graduates with dual nationality should upload both passports.
  • Translate certificates and transcripts into English if originally in another language.
  • Graduates in regulated fields (Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Radiology, etc.) must upload their professional registration certificates — not payment receipts.

Verification and Payment Guidelines

  • Biometric verification will be done at orientation camps only; those who cannot be verified will not be registered.
  • PCMs wishing to print call-up letters online must pay ₦3,000 through the NYSC portal.
  • Those who prefer not to pay can collect call-up letters from their institutions.
  • Married female graduates should upload marriage certificates, name-change documents, and husband’s domicile evidence.
  • Pregnant and nursing mothers are advised not to attend orientation camps for health and accommodation reasons.
  • PCMs with serious health conditions should indicate their true medical status during registration for proper deployment consideration.
