This is to inform all candidates who participated in the 2025/2026 Post-UTME of Rivers State University (RSUST), Port Harcourt, that the Provisional Admission List of successful candidates has been released.
The admission list has been uploaded online and is now accessible through the JAMB CAPS portal.
How to Check RSUST Admission List
On JAMB CAPS Portal
Follow these steps to confirm your admission status on the JAMB portal:
- Visit JAMB CAPS Portal.
- Log in with your JAMB profile username and password.
- Scroll down and click the “Check Admission Status” tab.
- Select Access my CAPS.
- At the top right of your browser, click the three-dotted lines (⋮) and tick “Desktop site” for better view.
- Click Admission Status to see your result.

You will either see:
- CONGRATULATIONS – Accept or Reject your admission and wait for further instructions.
- Admission in Progress – Be patient, it will update soon.
- Not Admitted – Don’t lose hope, more lists are usually released.
On RSUST Admission Portal
Once the list becomes available on the university portal, follow these steps:
- Visit the RSUST Admission Status Portal.
- Locate the Admission List section.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Click submit to view your admission status.

If your name appears on the RSUST Merit Admission List 2025/2026, congratulations! Please proceed to accept your admission on JAMB CAPS, print your admission letter, and prepare for registration.
