Sule Lamido University Announces Part-Time Degree Admissions for the 2026/2027 Academic Session

Sule Lamido University (SLU), Kafin Hausa, has opened applications for its Part-Time Degree Programmes under the School of Preliminary and Continuing Education (SPACE). The sale of forms will start on Sunday, 18 January 2026, and close at midnight on Sunday, 1 March 2026.

The University invites interested candidates to apply for a wide range of part-time programmes across Education, Humanities, Natural Sciences, Social and Management Sciences.

Admission Requirements

SLU accepts applicants into 100-level, 200-level (Direct Entry), and 400-level (Top-Up) depending on qualifications.

1. 100-Level Entry

Candidates must have:

• At least five (5) relevant SSCE credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Results from WAEC, NECO, or equivalent, not more than two sittings.

2. Direct Entry (200-Level)

Applicants must:

• Meet all SSCE requirements above.
• Present recognised A-Level, NCE, IJMBE, or Diploma qualifications with the minimum required points.

3. Top-Up (400-Level)

Applicants must:

• Meet the required SSCE credits, and
• Hold either:
  • HND with at least a Credit, or
  • B.Sc. with a minimum of Third Class Honours.

Programme Duration

• 100-Level entrants: Minimum of 5 sessions
• 200-Level entrants: Minimum of 4 sessions
• 400-Level entrants: Minimum of 2 sessions

How to Apply for SLU Part-Time Admission

Follow the steps below to complete your application:

1. Visit the Portal
   Go to: https://spacekhs.slu.edu.ng/application/ and select Part-Time Degree.
2. Create a Profile
3. Make Payment
   Select Application Payment, then choose:
   • Pay Now for card payment, or
   • Download Payment Schedule to generate a Remita slip.
4. Update Your Profile
   Fill in all required personal and academic details.
5. Upload O’Level Results
   Maximum of two sittings; upload clean scanned copies.
6. For Direct Entry and Top-Up Applicants
   Upload original SSCE, A-Level, NCE, ND, HND, or B.Sc. certificates and update academic history accordingly.
7. Print Acknowledgment Slip
   After successful payment, generate and print the slip as confirmation.

Candidates are to pay ₦10,000 (excluding Remita charges) through:
