The University of Agriculture, Science and Technology (UAST), Ihugh — through its Institute of Foundation and Entrepreneurship Studies (IFES) — has officially released the 2025/2026 Pre-Degree and Remedial Admission List. Applicants who participated in the screening process can now check their admission status directly on the UAST Admissions Portal.
How to Check Your UAST Admission Status
Every applicant must verify their admission status by paying a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 through Paystack on the official UAST portal.
Follow these simple steps:
- Visit the UAST Admissions Portal:
👉 https://admissions.bsuast.edu.ng/ - Select “Pre-Degree/Remedial Admission Status Check.”
- Enter your Application Number and Full Name.
- Click “Proceed to Payment.”
- Make your ₦2,000 payment via Paystack using a valid ATM card or supported digital payment option.
- After payment, return to the portal to view your admission status.
- Print your Admission Notification Slip for future use.

⚠ No cash payments or manual processing are accepted. All transactions must be done online through the portal.
What to Do If You Have Been Admitted
Only successful applicants should proceed with the next steps:
Step 1: Pay Your Acceptance Fee
- Download and read the IFES Registration & Orientation Guide on the portal.
- Click “Proceed to Payment.”
- Pay the ₦20,000 Acceptance Fee via Paystack.
- After payment, return to the portal to print your official Acceptance Letter.
Step 2: Gather Your Documents
Prepare both originals and photocopies of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- O’Level Results
- Passport photographs
- Local Government or State of Origin Certificate
- Application acknowledgement slip
Step 3: Report to Campus
Visit the takeoff campus on Ihugh–Korinya Road to collect your Official Letter of Admission (OLA) from the Office of the Registrar.
Then, create your student profile using the Admission Number on the OLA.
