The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) has officially released the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. All prospective students are advised to check their admission status and take the necessary steps immediately.

How to Check UNIABUJA Admission Status
🔹 On JAMB CAPS Portal
- Visit JAMB CAPS.
- Log in with your username and password.
- Scroll down and click Check Admission Status.
- Click on Access my CAPS and then on Admission Status.
- You will see one of these messages:
- Congratulations! → Accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instructions.
- Admission in Progress → Be patient and check back in a few days.
- Not Admitted → Don’t give up! You may still gain admission later.

🔹 On UNIABUJA Admission Portal (Coming Soon)
Once the list is uploaded on the UNIABUJA portal, follow these steps:
- Go to UNIABUJA Student Portal. https://portal.uniabuja.edu.ng/
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and surname (in lowercase) as password.
- Click Login to Dashboard.
- Check your admission status and, if admitted, proceed to pay your acceptance fee.
Important Notice
- Candidates offered admission must log in to the JAMB portal to ACCEPT or REJECT their offer within 72 hours. Failure to do so may lead to the reversal of admission.
- Those yet to be admitted, but who meet the cut-off mark with the right subject combination, should keep checking both JAMB CAPS and UNIABUJA portal for updates.
