UNIMAID First Batch Admission List 2025/2026

The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has officially released the first batch admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. This exciting update is for all candidates who purchased the Post-UTME form and participated in the screening exercise.

3. Scroll down and click on “Check Admission Status.”
4. Select Admission Status again, then click on “Access my CAPS.”
5. On your browser, tap the three dots (⋮) and switch to Desktop Site for full display.
6. Finally, click Admission Status to see your result.

Possible Outcomes:

• Congratulations! – Accept or reject your admission, then follow the next instructions.
• Admission in Progress – Stay patient because the status will likely change in a few days.
• Not Admitted – Don’t lose hope. More admission lists will be released soon.

How to Check UNIMAID Admission Status on University Portal

Once UNIMAID uploads the list on its portal, candidates will also be able to confirm their status directly. To do this:

1. Go to the UNIMAID Admission Portal.
2. Enter your JAMB (UTME) Registration Number and password.
3. Click Sign In.
4. Instantly, a message will appear indicating your admission status with further guidelines.

• Accept Admission: Log in to JAMB CAPS and click Accept Admission.
• Print Admission Letter: Download and print your JAMB admission letter for clearance.
