UNIPORT Admission List 2025/2026 is Out

This is to notify all aspirants of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) that the undergraduate admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session is officially out.

The list of admitted candidates has been uploaded online via JAMB CAPS, and all applicants are expected to check their admission status.

What Admitted Candidates Should Do

• Visit the University website regularly for clearance requirements and procedures.
• Log in to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), accept your admission, and print your JAMB Admission Letter.
• Candidates not yet admitted should note that admission is still in progress. Keep checking both the JAMB site and the UNIPORT website for updates.

How to Check UNIPORT Admission List

As of now, UNIPORT prospective students can only check their admission status through the JAMB Portal.

Steps to Check on JAMB CAPS:

1. Go to JAMB e-facility portal.
2. Login with your JAMB username and password.
3. Scroll down and click the “Check Admission Status” tab.
4. Click on Admission Status or Access My CAPS.
5. On your browser, select the three-dotted lines (⋮) at the top right corner and tick Desktop Site.
6. Click on Admission Status to view your result.

You will either see:

• “Congratulations…” – Accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instructions.
• “Admission in Progress…” – Be patient, the status will change soon.
• “Not Admitted” – Don’t lose hope! More names will still be released.

Once available, the list will also be accessible via the UNIPORT Admission Portal:

• Visit UNIPORT Admission Acceptance Portal
• Enter your JAMB UTME Registration Number to view and accept your admission.
