According to the Federal Ministry of Education, the Federal University of Agriculture and Development Studies (FUADSI), which is situated in Iragbiji, Osun State, is anticipated to start academic operations before the end of 2025, with student enrolment anticipated in October.
The delegation also recognized the assistance of important players, such as Oba Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi Odundun IV, the Aragbiji of Iragbiji, and Mrs. Kafayat Oyetola, the wife of the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy.
“The facilities and the excitement of the host community are impressive,” she said. “FUADSI can be added to the JAMB brochure once the principal officers are appointed, enabling potential students to choose the university starting in September.”
The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta’s pro-chancellor, Oba Olabomi, greeted the team.
He stated, “We all pray that this university will start its academic journey before the end of this year.”
