University of Ibadan Releases Schedule for Collection of Statements of Results (2024/2025 Graduates)

The Examinations, Records and Administrative Data Processing Division (ERA) of University of Ibadan has announced the timetable for the collection of Statements of Results for graduating students of the 2024/2025 academic session.

The update appeared in a memorandum signed by the Examinations Officer, Halimah O. Adeoye, through the Deputy Registrar, ERA, on Wednesday, February 26, 2026.

According to the memo, the Senate approved the final-year results. Consequently, the Examinations Office will distribute Statements of Results based on a faculty-by-faculty schedule.

Collection Requirements

Graduating students should attend on the date assigned to their faculty. In addition, they must present:

Finalist Cross-Check printout

Collection Period

🗓 Monday, March 2 – Tuesday, March 10, 2026
⏰ 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. daily
📍 Examinations Office

Faculty Schedule

Monday, March 2, 2026: Nursing Science, Basic Medical Sciences, Public Health, Veterinary Medicine

Tuesday, March 3, 2026: Arts, Pharmaceutical Sciences

Wednesday, March 4, 2026: Science

Thursday, March 5, 2026: Education, Economics & Management Sciences

Friday, March 6, 2026: Technology, Social Sciences

Monday, March 9, 2026: Law, Environmental Design & Management

Tuesday, March 10, 2026: Agriculture, Renewable Natural Resources

Students should follow the schedule carefully to avoid delays. Furthermore, arriving within the stated time window will help ensure a smooth collection process.
