BASUG 2nd & 4th Batch Admission List

The management of Bauchi State University, Gadau (BASUG) has released the Second and Fourth Batch Admission Lists for the 2025/2026 academic session.

All candidates who purchased the BASUG Post-UTME form and took part in the screening exercise can now check their names on the admission list.

Physical Screening Requirements

Shortlisted candidates must proceed immediately for physical screening at their respective faculties. They are required to bring along the originals and photocopies of the following documents:

1. O’Level result (computer printout).
2. JAMB result slip.
3. BASUG online screening form.
4. Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs.
5. Scratch card for verification of O’Level result.

Important: Candidates must ensure they have uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB portal at an accredited centre before appearing for screening.

Change of Course

• Candidates offered courses different from their initial choice must carry out a Change of Course via the JAMB portal.
• Two (2) to three (3) days after successful screening and upload of O’Level results (or after change of course where applicable), candidates should:
  • Log in to the JAMB CAPS portal.
  • Accept their admission.
  • Print their JAMB Admission Letter.

Only those who accept their admission on JAMB CAPS will be able to access BASUG admission details on the university portal.
