Kenyan Engineer Receives Rhodes Scholarship for PhD at Oxford.

Pioneering Kenyan scholar Gladys Ngetich won the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship and went on to get a PhD in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.

Her doctoral work concentrated on creating cutting-edge cooling systems for jet engines, which is a cutting-edge area of aeronautical engineering.

Gladys received noteworthy honors while attending Oxford, including the Schmidt Science Fellowship and the Tanenbaum Fellowship, which are given to deserving Rhodes Scholars for exceptional multidisciplinary research.

Gladys is a changemaker who launched the Geen Foundation to assist young professionals reach their full potential.
