Important Notice Regarding Upcoming Convocation by UNIPORT.

The University of Port Harcourt would like to notify all students of the following decisions reached by the Committee of Provost and Deans at its 422nd Emergency Meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2025:
A combined convocation ceremony for the academic years 2021–2022 and 2022–2023 will be held.
The results from the sixteen (16) departments that are presently being processed and the five (5) departments that have not yet submitted their results will be subject to conference vetting by the Degree Result Verification Committee (DRVC).
Between Thursday, June 19, 2025, and Monday, June 22, 2025, departments whose degree results are already with the DRVC are required to pick them up for photocopying and turn them in to the Academic Office.
We urge all relevant departments, graduating students, and interested parties to pay attention and respond appropriately.
