Kwara Poly HND II Students' SIWES Submission Notice.

The Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) Unit has issued an internal memo requiring all current Higher National Diploma (HND) II students to submit their Industrial Training (IT) details by Thursday, July 17, 2025, for National Youth Service Corps documentation.

Engr. Jimoh A. A., Acting Director of SIWES, wrote that the instruction follows the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) demand that prospective NYSC members submit a valid IT completion certificate to be mobilised.

The SIWES Unit has asked all HODs to coordinate student compliance efforts. Submissions must be submitted in softcopy and tabulated in Microsoft Excel.

The memo example includes Matric Number, IT Placement and Address, Post Held, and Training Duration (Starting and Ending Dates).

The Polytechnic Rector, Deputy Rectors, and Directors of academic and administrative units received the circular.

Students' NYSC eligibility may be affected if they miss the IT details deadline.
