Akwa Ibom Poly Screening Date for HND & ND 2025/2026

The management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua has announced the official screening dates for all Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) Full-Time candidates who registered for the 2025/2026 admission exercise.

The departmental screening will hold from Wednesday, 17th September to Friday, 19th September, 2025 at the Polytechnic campus. Each day’s session begins at 9:00 am sharp, so candidates should arrive early..

Screening Schedule & Requirements

Every candidate must appear in their respective departments with the following documents:

• Acknowledgement slip of the form purchased
• Photocopies of JAMB slip showing the candidate’s photograph
• JAMB online result printout
• Original copies of WAEC/NECO results, Birth Certificate, and LGA Certificate
• ND Statement of Result (for HND applicants)
• Letter of completion of Industrial Attachment (for HND applicants)

Important: Officials will sight all original documents during the screening. Carry every required paper to avoid disqualification.em along.

What Happens After Screening

Once the screening ends, departments will clear successful candidates. Immediately after clearance, candidates must pay their acceptance and school fees in the designated banks.

In addition, the Polytechnic will publish the names of admitted students online. The institution will also forward these names to JAMB for admission letters.
