University of Calabar ( UNICAL)Teaching Hospital School of Nursing form 2025/2026, candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply for ND/HND programs in nursing sciences. Candidates may apply if they selected the college as their first choice and received a JAMB score of 180 or more on the 2025 UTME.

By Friday, July 25, 2025, at the latest, completed application forms and photocopies of pertinent documentation must be sent to the principal's office.

The date of the UCTH School of Nursing entrance exam is as follows.The test is scheduled on Friday, August 1, 2025.

The locations include the UCTH Permanent Site in Calabar and the School of Nursing Premises on Moore Road. Time: precisely 8:00 a.m.
