UNIZIK authorizes the waiver of tuition fees for employees.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) authorizes the waiver of tuition fees for employees, this is to notify the University Community that the Senate decided to restore the tuition price waiver for staff members pursuing postgraduate courses at its 234th meeting, which was held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. This tuition fee waiver is valid starting with the 2024–2025 school year.

The Ag Registrar, Rev. Sam Ufoh, publicly announced this decision to the university community in a memo.

According to the message, "The University wishes to inform all staff members, both teaching and non-teaching, that it will cover the tuition fees for any staff member pursuing postgraduate studies at Nnamdi Azikiwe University starting with the 2024/2025 academic session."
