The management of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), has announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for Admission into its various undergraduate programmes.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who chose FUTA as their first-choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into the university.
FUTA Cut-Off Mark for 2026/2027 Admission
To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2026 UTME. Only candidates who meet this minimum requirement will be considered for admission screening.

Registration Period

Screening Method
FUTA conducts an online admission screening exercise. Candidates are assessed using their UTME scores, O'Level results, and other admission criteria approved by the university.
