The management of Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri, has announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for candidates seeking Admission into the university's undergraduate programmes.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who participated in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and selected IMSU as their first-choice institution. Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into 200-level programmes are also eligible to apply.
IMSU Cut-Off Mark for 2026/2027 Admission
To be eligible for the admission screening exercise, candidates must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME. Candidates who meet the prescribed cut-off mark can proceed with the online screening registration.

Important Notice
Candidates who did not initially choose IMSU as their first-choice institution may still apply after processing a Change of Institution through JAMB and selecting Imo State University as their preferred institution.
