The management of the University of Delta (UNIDEL), Agbor, Delta State, has announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) Admission screening exercise for suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the institution's undergraduate programmes.

Applications are invited from candidates who participated in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and selected UNIDEL as their first-choice institution. Candidates who did not initially choose the university may also apply after processing a Change of Institution through JAMB.

UNIDEL Cut-Off Mark for 2026/2027 Admission

To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME.

Only candidates who meet the prescribed cut-off mark and satisfy other admission requirements will be considered for admission into the university's undergraduate programmes.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates seeking admission into UNIDEL must:

  • Choose the University of Delta (UNIDEL), Agbor as their First Choice Institution.

  • Obtain a minimum score of 150 in the 2026 UTME.

  • Possess at least five (5) O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in relevant subjects.

  • Upload their O'Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal.

  • Meet the specific admission requirements for their chosen programme.

Candidates awaiting O'Level results may also apply but must upload such results before admission processing is concluded.

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates

  • Higher National Diploma (HND)

  • IJMB

  • JUPEB

  • A-Level Certificates

  • First Degree or equivalent qualifications recognized by JAMB.

Registration Period

25th May, 2026

and will close on:

15th June, 2026

Candidates are advised to complete their registration before the deadline.

Registration Fee

Eligible candidates are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of:

₦2,000 only

Payment should be made through the university's approved admission portal.
