Important Instructions for Matriculants

1. Arrival Time: Students are strongly advised to be at the 1000 Seater Theater at least 30 minutes (9:30 AM) before the ceremony begins to ensure proper seating and coordination.

2. Academic Gowns: Ensure you have collected and properly donned your academic regalia according to your department's specific instructions.

3. Conduct: Maintain the highest level of decorum. This is a formal academic procession; please follow all directives from the marshals and school officials.

4. Guests: Parents and guardians are cordially invited to witness this proud moment, but they are encouraged to utilize designated parking and seating areas to avoid congestion.
