FUNAAB Disclaimer on VC-Impersonating Social Media Accounts.

Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, FUNAAB, a disclaimer noticed on VC impersonating social media accounts.

The public is officially made aware by the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) of the existence of phoney Facebook and LinkedIn profiles that pose as Professor Olusola Babatunde Kehinde, the vice chancellor.

The accounts listed below were created by cyber fraudsters and are fraudulent:

To seem authentic, these websites may feature photographs of the vice chancellor's family in addition to photos of the vice chancellor in formal and academic attire.

The public is strongly encouraged to exercise caution and ignore any requests or communications from these bogus accounts. For confirmation and clarification, please get in touch with FUNAAB's Directorate of Public Relations.

In order to shield the public from further deceit, we also encourage @Facebook and @LinkedIn to take immediate action to delete these phoney accounts.
