UDUS 2025/2026 Registration Deadline and Examination Policy

The management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS), acting through the Directorate of Registration and Examinations, has issued a final directive regarding the 2025/2026 academic session registration.

Despite previous extensions granted to the student body, the university has noted that a significant number of students have yet to finalize their fee payments and course registration.

Following the internal memo dated June 22, 2026, all students should take note of the following mandates:

• Registration Deadline: Students who have failed to complete their registration procedures are now advised to defer the 2025/2026 academic session.

• Examination Access: There will be no issuance of temporary examination cards for the upcoming second-semester examinations.

• Mandatory Requirements: Access to examination venues will be strictly restricted. Only students who have successfully paid all registration fees and generated their official E-examination cards will be permitted to sit for their papers.

1. Verify Status: Log into your student portal to ensure your registration fee status is marked as "Paid."

2. Complete Course Registration: Ensure all courses for the second semester are correctly registered.

3. Generate E-Card: Download and print your official E-examination card as soon as your registration is confirmed.
