The management of The Federal Polytechnic, Offa has officially opened the online screening portal for Admission into its National Diploma (ND) Full-Time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must satisfy the following conditions:

Institution Choice: Candidates must have chosen the Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their 1st Choice of Institution in the 2026/2027 UTME.

Note: If you did not choose the Polytechnic as your 1st choice, you must perform a 'Change of Institution' on the JAMB portal to be eligible.

UTME Cut-off: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 100 (the JAMB-approved cut-off for polytechnics).

O'Level Requirements: Must possess five (5) relevant O'Level credits (as listed in the JAMB brochure) at not more than two sittings.

JAMB CAPS: All O'Level results must be uploaded to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) via a certified CBT centre.

Awaiting results candidates may apply, but admission is contingent upon the timely upload of results.

Procedures for Online Screening
Eligible candidates should follow these steps:

Visit the Portal: Log on to the official Polytechnic portal (portal.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng/pre-admission.php).

Payment: Pay the sum of ₦2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) using an Interswitch-compatible ATM card.

Complete Forms: Fill in your personal details and the security form.

Upload Documents: Upload your O'Level results and other necessary credentials.

Print Documents: Print your Security Form and Post-Screening Slip.

Physical Submission: You must submit the printed Security Form PERSONALLY at the security office in the Main Campus of the Polytechnic along Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.
Important Reminders:

Naming Convention: When filling out the form, write your name in full (Surname first), exactly as it appears on your JAMB result slip and O'Level certificates.

Communication: A personal, active email address is mandatory for your application.

Deadlines: The portal will remain open for four (4) weeks from the date of the official announcement (June 17, 2026).
Warning
Failure to comply with the stated procedures or the provision of false information will lead to automatic disqualification and forfeiture of admission at any stage of the process, even if already discovered after admission.
