The management of the University of Education and Entrepreneurship (UEE), Akamkpa, Cross River State, has announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) Admission exercise for suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into its undergraduate programmes. The university has confirmed that the 2026/2027 Post-UTME online registration exercise is currently ongoing.

Applications are invited from candidates who participated in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and meet the admission requirements prescribed by the institution. Both first-choice candidates and candidates willing to change their institution to UEE are eligible to apply.

UEE Cut-Off Mark for 2026/2027 Admission

To be eligible for the admission screening exercise, candidates must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME. The university has maintained 150 as the benchmark score for admission consideration across its programmes.

Candidates seeking admission into competitive programmes are encouraged to obtain higher scores to improve their chances of admission.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates seeking admission into UEE must:

• Have participated in the 2026 UTME.

• Obtain a minimum score of 150 in the examination.

• Possess at least five (5) O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.

• Obtain the required credits in not more than two sittings.

• Meet the subject combination requirements for their chosen programme.

• Upload all relevant credentials during the admission process.

• Be at least 16 years old before admission.

Candidates awaiting O'Level results may also apply provided such results are uploaded before the admission process is concluded.

First Choice and Change of Institution Candidates

The following categories of candidates are eligible:

First Choice Candidates

• Candidates who selected the University of Education and Entrepreneurship as their first-choice institution in JAMB.

• Must have scored at least 150 in the UTME.

Change of Institution Candidates

• Candidates who did not initially choose UEE but wish to study at the university.

• Must have scored at least 150 in the UTME.

• Must process a Change of Institution through any JAMB-approved CBT centre and select UEE as their first-choice institution.

Direct Entry (DE) Admission

Direct Entry candidates are also invited to apply for admission into the university.

Eligible candidates may possess qualifications such as:

• National Diploma (ND)

• Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE)

• Higher National Diploma (HND)

• IJMB

• JUPEB

• A-Level Certificates

• Other qualifications recognized by JAMB.
